Today's project features the NEW A2 Gift Card Holder and Envelope Die (S7-247). It creates a pocket for a gift card inside an A2 landscape fold card base.  With a little trimming I was able to create an A2 portrait fold card base. I love giving gift cards and this is the perfect way to dress one up. 

Card Measurements (Outside):

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Innocent Pink Embossed A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

White Hexi-Gems Frame: 2 15/16" x 4 7/16" (outside frame) & 2 7/16" x 3 3/4" (inside frame)

Sentiment: 15/16" x 11/16" ("for" Vellum Outline) & 1 1/4" x 1/2" ("you" vellum outline)

Card Measurements (Inside):

Dusty Rose Mats: 4" x 5 1/4"

Innocent Pink Panels: 3 3/4" x 5" 

Card Holder Insert: 4" x 1 1/4"

Sentiment: 1 7/8" x 1/2" (Happy) & 2 5/8" x 1/2" (Birthday) 

 

Steps to Create Card:

 

    Front of Card:

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Cut Innocent Pink A2 Card Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Emboss panel with Meandering Floral Embossing Folder of the Month (EOM-NOV23).
• Create White Hexi Frame using Essential Hexi-Gems (S5-588) to measure: 2 15/16" x 4 7/16" (outside frame) & 2 7/16" x 3 3/4" (inside frame).
• Die Cut floral elements using Fresh Picked Daisies (S6-224) with Dusty Rose, Peridot, Black and White Glitter card stock. Add ink blending to pink flowers using Passionate Pink ink and Fresh Asparagus ink to the greenery. 
• Die Cut "For You" sentiment using A2 Gift Card Holder and Envelope (S6-224) with White Glitter card stock and Vellum.
• Assemble onto Innocent Pink Panel and for finishing touches add rhinestones. Attach to white A2 card base after you assemble the inside.
  

    Inside of Card:

• Die Cut 2 Large Layers using A2 Gift Card Holder and Envelope (S6-224) with Dusty Rose card stock.
• Die Cut 2 Small Layers using A2 Gift Card Holder and Envelope (S6-224) with Innocent Pink card stock.
• Cut Dusty Rose panel to 5" x 5 1/2". Fold into half with bone folder at 2 1/2" on the 5" side. Place Gift Card Holder die piece from A2 Gift Card Holder and Envelope (S6-224) slightly off top and die cut. To convert to a portrait size card, trim each side a total of 5/8". It's 4 5/8" and will be trimmed to 4".
• Assemble & Decorate. (I added Happy Birthday sentiment from the set and an extra Fresh Picked Daisies (S6-224) from the front.

I paired it with a sentiment from the Curved Everyday Sentiments Glimmer Plate & Die Set (GLP-434) and foiled with Aura Foil (GLF-0247).

 

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Peach Bellini Mat: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"

White Foiled/Stenciled Panel: 3 3/4" x 5"

Vellum Band: 5" x 1" (wrapped around white panel and attached in the back)

White Sentiment Strip: 2 7/8" x 3/8"

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Die Cut Peach Bellini Mat measuring: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" using Precision Layering A2 B (S5-494).
• Cut White A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and foil Glimmering Buttercups Glimmer Plate and Stencil Bundle (BD-0840) using Aura Foil (GLF-0247). 
• Take foiled panel and use coordinating stencil from Glimmering Buttercups Glimmer Plate and Stencil Bundle (BD-0840). Use Peach Bellini, Coral Reef, Jelly Bean Green and Fresh Asparagus ink. Trim panel to measure: 3 3/4" x 5" using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487).
• Foil "Birthday Wishes" sentiment from Curved Everyday Sentiments Glimmer Plate & Die Set (GLP-434) using Aura Foil (GLF-0247).
• Assemble card.
• Embellish with Clear Dew Drops.

Today I'm sharing a card featuring Creative Worship by Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps NEW Embrace Change Stamp & Die Bundle from the April 2024 Release.

 

I created a CAS (clean and simple) card featuring 2 of the beautiful butterflies from the NEW Embrace Change Stamp & Die Bundle. I added a strip of pattern paper and an embossed panel to help spotlight the butterflies.

 

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

White Embossed Panel: 3 3/4" x 5"

Pink Polka Dot Pattern Paper Strip: 1 1/2" x 5"

Sentiment: 1 5/8" x 11/16"

 

Copic Markers Used: 

Pinks: R81, R83, R85

Greens: YG23, YG17

White: N1

 

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Cut White Panel measuring: 3 3/4" x 5". Emboss Panel with Loops Embossing Folder. 
• Cut Pink Polka Dot Pattern Paper Strip measuring: 1 1/2" x 5".
• Stamp 2 Butterflies from Embrace Chang Stamp & Die Bundle with Black ink and color with your favorite coloring medium and die cut with coordinating die set. I stamped with alchol friendly ink and used Copic Marker to color (listed above).
• Stamp "Change Can Be Beautiful" sentiment from Embrace Change Stamp & Die Bundle with Black ink and die cut with coordinating die.
• Assemble card.
• Embellish with AB Glass Bubbles.

Mouse Skin: E50, E51, E93

Mouse Fur: T2, T3, T4

Cake: BV01, BV02, BV04 and Y11, Y15

Ground: W1, W2, W3

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Card Base measuring: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" (5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4").
• Die Cut Wild Lilac A2 Card Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487). Emboss Panel with Puff Dotty 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-036).
• Die Cut Black Mat measuring: 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487). 
• Stamp Birthday Wishes (RSC-024) onto an White A2 Panel with Black ink. Color with your favorite coloring medium. I used Copic Markers and have listed them above. Lightly ink blend skyline with Sea Glass ink.Trim panel to measure: 4 5/8" x 3 3/8" using Precision Layering A2 B (S5-494). 
• Assemble card.
• For Embellishment I added Glitter to the cake & candles with a Quickie Glue Pen and Distress Rock Candy Glitter.

To create a CAS (clean & simple) Anniversary card I foiled the NEW Glimmering Peonies Glimmer Plate along with a sentiment from the Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate & Die and foiled them with Gold Foil (GLF-014). I also used the Dimensional Diamond 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-039) to add texture.

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

White Embossed A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

White Mat: 3 1/8" x 4 3/8"

White Foiled Panel: 3" x 4 1/4"

White Sentiment Strip: 2 3/4" x 1/4"

 

Steps to Create Card:

• Take White A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and foil Glimmering Peonies Glimmer Plate (GLP-436) using Gold Foil (GLF-014). Trim panel to measure: 3" x 4 1/4" using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487).
• Foil "Happy Anniversary" sentiment from Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate & Die and foil using Gold Foil (GLF-014). Die Cut out with coordinating die.
• Assemble Card.
• Embellish with Gold Sequins.

Steps to Create Card: 

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Cut Indigo A2 Card Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Emboss panel with Heart Blooms Embossing Folder of the Month (EOM-DEC22). 
• Die Cut floral pieces using Fresh Picked Angel Trumpets (S7-242) with Pink Sand, Passionate, Peridot and Champagne Glitter card stock. Add ink blending using Bubblegum (for Pink Sand CS), Passionate Pink (for Passionate Pink CS) and Tranquil Teal (for Peridot CS) ink before assembling flower.
• Foil "Hello, Sweet Friend" sentiment using Always and Forever Sentiment Strips Press Plate & Die (BP-025) with Gold Foil (GLF-014).
• Assemble card.
• Embellish with Gold Solid Confetti Mix.
